This report describes the progress made by the government of Ontario and its partners since the release of the one-year update of the Community Hubs in Ontario: A Strategic Framework and Action Plan. The report highlights progress in the following areas: the 2017 Ontario Community Hubs Summit, the launch of the Resource Network – www.CommunityHubsOntario.ca, and the Surplus Property Transition Initiative. The report also features a Community Hubs Spotlight which highlights the successes of various community hubs across the province, and the Appendix provides an update on efforts to implement the 27 recommendations outlined in the original Action Plan.
