The Concurrent Disorders Capacity Building Strategy is a project of the HNHB LHIN (Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network) and aims to lead local concurrent disorders improvement projects, create local ‘action tables’, and provide education on concurrent disorders.
