Niagara North Community Legal Assistance is a non-profit legal clinic which promotes access to justice for low-income members of the community. Responding to the needs of the community, the Clinic offers direct legal representation, summary advice, law reform, public legal education and community outreach in the areas of income maintenance – OW, ODSP,EI, CPP-D., Worker’s Compensation, tenant rights and consumer protection. As an organization active within the community we are involved with the Niagara Poverty Reduction Network, the Niagara Migrant Workers Interest Group, and Elder Abuse Network
