We are looking for community partners who would be interested in hosting students for volunteer activities from October 13th-19th as part of our Alternative Reading Week programming.
Alternative Reading Week strives to provide students who remain in Niagara with meaningful opportunities during their week off. For many of our students, this is one of the only times they are available to volunteer and we want to provide a number of different opportunities for them.
Perks of partnering to make your event a part of Alternative Reading Week includes:
-Transportation is provided by Brock for students- eliminates location barriers!
-Recognition for your organization at the Student Life and Success Year End Celebration
-Photos taken of student volunteers that can be used by your organization on social media and in reporting
