Protection Services for 16-17 Year Olds: Information for Youth-Serving Agencies

On January 1st, 2018 Ontario increased the age of protection to include all children under the age of 18 years. By increasing the age of protection, 16 and 17-year-olds who are in need of protection are eligible for the full range of child protection services, which will give them a better opportunity to get the support they need and have better outcomes as they transition to adulthood.

This backgrounder describes the new changes to service delivery.

The Magic of Collaboration Virtual Team Building Activity

Engage, reward, and motivate your team!

Two fun & exciting versions each accommodating 10 – 50 people.
-75 minute fun version
-120 minute training version

We’ve been providing our ‘Magic of Collaboration’ team-building workshop live and in person at team events across Canada since 2006. Our clients include some of Canada’s leading companies. As companies adapt to their teams working remotely and communicating virtually – we have modified our ‘live event format’ and created a ‘virtual format’ that we now provide over Zoom. Our ‘Magic of Collaboration Virtual Team Building Activity’ is an amazing combination of fun, laughter & learning that delivers valuable training ROI.

Your team works together over Zoom to learn magic tricks and perform a virtual magic show.

Your team has fun as they experience the 3 C’s of teamwork – communication, co-operation, and collaboration.

Although the emphasis is on having fun – our program is designed to engage your team and demonstrate that their voices and contributions are being acknowledged and appreciated.
