SUMMARY:Strengthening Families - After School Prevention Program
DESCRIPTION:Strengthening Families for the Future is a prevention program for families with children of all ages who may be at risk for substance misuse\, depression\, violence\, delinquency\, and school failure. Strengthening Families is effective because it involves the whole family. Network with other participants over a buffet lunch. After lunch starting at 1 pm listen to a panel of professionals from YMCA discuss supporting and welcoming newcomers into the Canadian workforce.
