This innovative program delivers accessible\, culturally responsive healthcare to migrant farmworkers across Niagara—many of whom face language\, transportation\, and systemic barriers to care. By meeting workers where they are—on farms\, in churches\, and through mobile clinics—SAWHP helps ensure these essential members of our agricultural workforce receive the medical attention they need to stay healthy\, safe\, and supported throughout the season.
