211 is a free and confidential service that easily connects people to the critical social and
community supports they need. The 211 Ontario Business Intelligence Dashboard allows
users to visualize 211 call data. Filters include: County/Region, City, Age Category, Gender
and Language.

From January 01 to September 26, 2025, a total of 17,677 contact reports were made for calls
to 211 by individuals in the Niagara region. From those calls, a total of 18,284 needs were
identified. This included 435 Unmet Needs, i.e., instances where 211 did not have an
appropriate resource/referral to provide to the client.

The Top 5 Unmet Needs, by Needs Category were: Housing (38.85%); Income
Support/Financial Assistance (11.03%); Information Services (8.05%); Food/Meals (7.82%);
Individual/Family Services.
