This is an event recording of the January 25, 2017 webinar with presenters Rosanna Thoms & Bryan Rose. 35 participants joined this event from 24 different organizations across Niagara.

During this last webinar in the three-part series, presenters reviewed the Imagine Canada Quality Standards and Niagara Community Foundation’s Centre of Excellence in Non-Profit Governance programs and resources related to Staff and Volunteers. Specifically, presenters explored standards about the recruitment, orientation, training and performance management of staff and standards related to involvement of volunteers.
