The goal of this report is to provide the Thorold City Council with the direct feedback from the members within its community. Needs assessment surveys were distributed across Thorold to community members over the age of 55 and to businesses and service providers.
The public participation feedback identifies gaps and areas for improvement throughout the community and provide a foundation to develop a Thorold Aging Strategy and Action Plan to promote an Age-Friendly community for all ages and abilities.
