Sharing Dance Seniors

Sharing Dance Seniors is an accessible dance program developed to engage older adults in meaningful dance activity that benefits physical, cognitive and overall health. Classes are designed to be adaptable to meet physical and cognitive challenges. Instruction includes modification for both standing and sitting positions.

Join us for a free information session to discuss our Sharing Dance Seniors classes. It will take place in the Robertson Theatre at FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre. Snacks for the Info session provided by The Peanut Mill.
