Learn practical strategies to support your child and youth’s mental health needs through the COVID-19 pandemic.

What is and isn’t mental illness?
What should you look for?
What can you do to help and manage all of this?
Where and how can you find resources?
We are pleased to offer two special sessions geared towards Parents/Caregivers in Ontario during this unprecedented time.
