The goal of this writing program is to turn writing into your best friend, while at the same time teaching that writing can be therapeutic. Learn to apply new tools to fight depression and anxiety and make them unique to you in your own life.

- Learn to use writing as a therapeutic tool
- Mindfulness and Guided Meditation
- Create your own safe place
- Applying what you have learned
The only thing you will need for this course is a pen or pencil, a journal,
an open mind and willingness to turn writing into your best friend.
