Join Darcy Patrick Author/Public Speaker, as he explains and teaches the core elements of his new creative writing book, “Creative Writing For The Mind, Body & Soul”.

The goal of this writing program is to turn writing into your best friend, while at the same time teaching that writing can be therapeutic. Learn to apply new tools to fight depression and anxiety and make them unique to you in your own life.

In this 2-night 2-hour presentation Darcy will cover the 5 following sections from his book:

  1. Change your negative thinking
  2. Learn to use writing as a therapeutic tool
  3. Mindfulness and Guided Meditation
  4. Create your own safe place
  5. Applying what you have learned

The only thing you will need for this course is a pen or pencil, a journal,
an open mind and willingness to turn writing into your best friend.

Location to be announced at time of registration.
