Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Treatment for Depression

This training is suitable for:
Mental Health Professionals: psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, social workers.
Medical Professionals: nurses, psychiatrists, pediatricians, family doctors.
Direct Service Workers: drop-in workers, shelter, and hostel workers.

This webinar will focus on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy conceptualization and treatment strategies for managing unipolar depression. CBT is a highly effective therapy in treating depression and focused primarily on addressing negative thoughts, behavioural activation, and modifying core beliefs.
