CMHA Niagara’s Women and Wellness

Women and Wellness is an educational fundraiser designed to entertain and inform guests on issues related to mental health.

All proceeds support CMHA Niagara’s Walk-In Counselling program (offered in Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, and now St. Catharines).

Ann Dowsett Johnston, five-time National Magazine Award winner and author of “Drink”, will share her personal story of mental health and addiction as this year’s Keynote Speaker.

The event will also feature a panel and will be emceed by Ruth Unrau, Focus Coach. Raffle and penny sale tickets are available for a variety of fantastic prizes!
