Cost is $10 per person and will cover the cost of lunch. \nSessions will include: \n\n“The power of positive thinking at each life stage” – Age-pride & what it means to look after your emotional hygiene\n“Pressed in Time” – creating floral pressed cards\n“DROM” – an active and mindful activity to boost energy and enhance clarity and bring inner peace\n“Virtual Reality” – trial some immersive experiences through VR goggles\n“Advanced care health planning” – thinking about wishes and directions for healthcare and end-of-life situations\n\nAdditionally\, we are hosting (on a volunteer basis) research focus groups to understand the need of current and potential students aged 50+ on how we can make the college more age friendly. \nPlease contact Alexandra Jackson at ajackson@niagaracollege.ca if you have any questions or need additional details.
