DESCRIPTION:To align with Mental Health Week in May\, CMHA Niagara’s signature event\, Wellness for All\, changed  its date from the usual February time frame to Thursday\, MAY 8\, 2025\, 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. \nThis fundraising event is packed with fun\, food\, friends\, mental wellness speaker\, and a fabulous new way to win great prize package bundles. Julie Christiansen\, author\, international speaker & Psychotherapist will speak on “How to Create Radical\, Positive\, Lasting Change”. \nProceeds from this event ensure individuals in our community will continue to receive free access to CMHA Niagara’s urgent\, preventative and crisis intervention mental health & addictions services. \nThe event will be held at the Ovation Ballroom\, 1311 Egerter Rd.\, Thorold. Cost is $30 per ticket.
